How do I match my face shape with earrings?

1、A round face lack stereoscopicappeal, looking wide and short.  So one needs to use other clothing or accessories to create an illusion of a longer face.  Drop earrings are the first choice for a round face , because drop earrings will elongate one’s face shape.  When choosing earrings for a round face, one must choose long and boned ones, avoid square and large round earrings, that is, avoid letting the image of large or round appear around the face, which will make your face look wider.  Drop earrings are most suitable for round face women to wear. The long earrings hanging down can produce the aesthetic effect of ellipse.
2、An egg shape face is evenly distributed, earrings of any kind will make people very satisfied.  An egg shape face is very suitable for drops, gourd, or round shapes of ear ornaments.  However, designs such as exclamation mark, heart shape, diamond shape should be avoided.  In addition, too long and narrow earrings are not suitable.  A pair of shiny pearl earrings will make one stand out.

3、For square shape faces with distinct corners, earrings with curvature is more suitable, which can balance the hard contours of the square face. When selecting drop earrings, one should take the length into consideration which should be appropriate. Don't pick star or round shape earrings, which will exaggerate the face shape and make the facial contours looking too masculine.

4、For a cone-shaped face, the chin is narrow and pointed, making the face look longer.   In order to better balance this face shape, buckle-type earrings can be chosen to increase the width of the face, making the face visually round.   Earrings of water drop, round and other design are suitable for conical faces .    Earrings of diamond, heart, inverted triangle, exclamation mark should be avoided , otherwise the chin will  look sharper, finer or more angular.

5、For longfaces , earrings of round or horizontal designs are suitable .   Try more round, fan-shaped or square designs.   Long columns, long ovals and other types of earrings should be avoided, as they make the face look longer.
